Some weekend are for extravagant meals, others are for something simple and reliable. When you need a tasty and healthy breakfast without a lot of effort, try these 4 ingredient banana pancakes. They’re Super simple, they’re fun for kids and they only use natural sugar from bananas.

Paige’s 4 Ingredient Banana Pancakes (Gluten Free/Dairy Free)

Ingredients

Directions

1. Using a fork, mash the bananas in a medium bowl.

2. Add the eggs and whisk into the banana mixture with a fork.

3. Using a whisk, gently mix in the flour. If the batter feels a bit too thick, add some oat milk. If too runny, add 1 tbsp more flour at a time.

5. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook for 2 minutes aside (or until little bubbles appear). Top with berries and your favourite nut butter.
