We take our customers’ safety very seriously. All Queen Street Bakery products are certified gluten-free with the Gluten-Free Food Program & go through vigorous lab testing to ensure gluten levels are less than 5 ppm (parts-per-million). This strict standard is 4x lower than the recommendation set by the Canadian Celiac Association (20 ppm).
All of our products are certified vegan through The Vegan Awareness Foundation. These products are free from egg, milk, honey, artificial dyes, or any other animal byproducts. Our facility is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to prevent cross-contamination between our vegan and non-vegan products.
We are certified non-GMO through the non-GMO project. This means our ingredients are all natural, and free from GMOs including corn & soy.
We use Purity Protocol oats from Avena Foods that are certified glyphosate free. These oats are grown and processed under strict standards to prevent contamination and ensure the highest quality. It’s our way of going beyond gluten-free—so you can feel even better about every bite.
All of our products are certified Kosher by Kosher Supervision of America. This certification ensures our products meet strict kosher standards for ingredient sourcing, production, and cleanliness. The Kosher Pareve certification means our products contain no meat or dairy ingredients, making them a neutral option for any meal in line with kosher dietary laws.
