At Queen St. Bakery, we take pride in the quality of our products, and your satisfaction is our top priority. Because our products are perishable, we’re unable to accept returns.

That said, if you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, we want to make it right. Please reach out to our customer service team at inquiries@queenstreetbakery.com within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the product. We’ll evaluate each situation individually and do our best to find a solution.
