What does it mean to be certified gluten-free?

We take our customers’ safety very seriously. All Queen Street Bakery products are certified gluten-free with the Gluten-Free Food Program & go through vigorous lab testing to ensure  gluten levels are less than 5 ppm (parts-per-million). This strict standard is 4x lower than the recommendation set by the Canadian Celiac Association (20 ppm).

What does it mean to be
certified vegan?

Many of our products are certified vegan through The Vegan Awareness Foundation. These products are free from egg, milk, honey, artificial dyes, or any other animal byproducts. Our facility is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized to prevent cross-contamination between our vegan and non-vegan products.

What does it mean to be
certified non-GMO?

We are certified non-GMO through the non-GMO project. This mans our ingredients are all natural, and free from GMOs including corn & soy.
